How to setup Email Accounts as POP In Outlook for Office365 on Windows

Step 1
Open Outlook for office 365 and select 'File' in the top left corner.

Step 2
Next, click on the 'Account Settings' button, clicking the 'Account Settings' drop down after.

Step 3
On the 'Account Settings' pop-up, click on 'New'.

Step 4
Enter you email address and Click on 'Advanced options' and tick the box that says 'Let me setup my account manually' and click the connect button

Step 5
On the 'Choose Service' screen, click 'POP'

Step 6

Use the following settings:

Incoming POP: pop3.extendcp.co.uk
POP3 port: 995
Tick the box that says "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS)"

Outgoing SMTP: mta.extendcp.co.uk
SMTP port: 465 or 587
Encryption method: SSL/TLS

Step 7

Then click Next and enter the email address password (This would have previously been sent to you by our Support Team, you can reset this by logging in at: https://ssl.extendcp.co.uk/login.cgi)

Then click Connect

You should then see the "Account Successfully added" screen click done
