Each mailbox has a capacity of 1GB by default, when you have reached 90% capacity, you will receive an email stating that your mailbox is near is maximum size limit.
When receiving this email, you can do one of the following:

Increase the size of your mailbox - The mailbox size can be increased to 2GB and then extra 2GB increments (max 10GB) for an extra charge. Please speak to your account co-ordinator to purchase an upgrade.

Delete messages that are no longer needed - You will need to delete emails from our server via the webmail interface at: https://webmail.ssl.extendcp.co.uk/
(Please take special attention to your deleted and sent items, any unwanted emails please delete)
Important - Once you have deleted messages please remember to empty your trash folder after deleting messages to free up the space - any messages deleted from the trash folder cannot be retrieved.
You can check your current mailbox usage by logging into our control panel at: https://ssl.extendcp.co.uk/login.cgi Then go to the mailboxes section which should list all of your mailboxes and indicate the current usage.
If your mailbox has reached its limit you will no longer receive emails and emails will start to bounce back to the sender. These cannot be recovered.
